Event videography
Filming your event.
Conferences, corporate events, galas, product launches and private corporate events across South Florida.
- How far in advance should we book?
- As early as you can once the date is set. Popular dates fill up, especially in the busier months, so get in touch as soon as you know the date and the venue and we will tell you straight away whether the crew is available. Shorter notice is sometimes possible; ask and we will give you an honest answer.
- Do you cover the whole day?
- Yes. Full-day and multi-day coverage is how most events are filmed: the crew arrives before your first guests and stays through the last item on the program. Shorter coverage, such as a keynote and the reception only, is also possible. We agree the hours with you when we confirm the booking.
- When do we get the footage?
- In stages, on the delivery dates we agree with you before the event: the short social clips, then the highlight film and the full recordings. If you have a fixed date to meet, such as a sponsor report or a follow-up campaign, tell us and we plan the edit around it.
- Which areas do you serve?
- We are based in South Florida and film across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. We also travel for events elsewhere in the United States and internationally; travel is arranged and agreed with you as part of the booking.
- Can you film with a drone?
- Drone coverage is available on request where the venue and local airspace rules allow it. Let us know early, so we can check the location and plan it into the day; some venues and areas do not permit drone flights.
- What do we receive after the event?
- That depends on the event, and we agree it with you up front. Typically: a highlight film, full-length recordings of the talks and presentations, speaker cuts and quotable clips, and vertical clips for social media. Everything is delivered in formats ready for your website, your social channels and internal use.
- How many people are on the crew?
- It depends on the size of the event, the number of rooms and what you want captured. A single camera is enough for some events; parallel tracks, a stage plus a floor and interviews usually need more. We recommend a crew size when we confirm the plan.
- Can you record the presentation screen as well as the speaker?
- Yes, where the venue or AV team can provide a clean feed of the screen. Tell us who is running the AV and we will coordinate it before the day, so the recordings show the slides clearly alongside the speaker.
Corporate event photography
Photos from the same event.
Still photography for conferences, corporate events, galas and launches, alongside the video or on its own.
- Do you offer event photography as well as video?
- Yes, for corporate events: conferences, company events, galas, product launches and private corporate gatherings. A photographer can work alongside the video crew or cover the event on their own.
- What do the photos cover?
- Speakers and the stage, sponsors and branding, the venue, candid moments among guests, and posed photos at a step-and-repeat or a branded backdrop. Tell us what the photos are for and we plan the coverage around it.
- How are the photos delivered?
- Edited, in an online gallery you can download from and share with your team and sponsors, with web-sized and full-resolution versions. We agree the delivery date with you when we confirm the booking.
Brand and commercial video
Brand films and interviews.
Executive interviews, brand films and commercial pieces, often filmed on the same day as an event.
- Do you make brand videos too?
- Yes. Brand films, executive and customer interviews, and commercial pieces for your website and campaigns. Many clients combine them with an event: the same crew films interviews and brand footage on set while the event is running.
- How does a brand video project work?
- We start with what the video needs to do and where it will be shown, then plan the shoot around it: locations, people, questions for interviews and the look of the piece. After the shoot we edit, you review, and we refine it with you before delivery.
- Can you work with footage we already have?
- Often, yes. Send us what you have and we will tell you honestly what can be used and what would need to be filmed again.
